Abstract:

Dünya Sağlık Örgütü’nün COVİD-19 salgınını 2020 yılının Mart ayında pandemi olarak ilan etmesinin hemen ardından ülkemizde yüz yüze eğitime ara verilmiştir. Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı 23 Mart 2020 tarihi itibariyle, eğitim öğretim faaliyetlerinin uzaktan eğitim yöntemiyle devam edeceğini açıklamıştır. Öğretmen ve öğrencilere online destek sağlamak amacıyla kurduğu Eğitim Bilişim Ağı  (EBA) üzerinde güncelleme yaparak canlı ders modülünü kullanıma açmıştır. Aynı şekilde Türkiye Radyo Televizyon Kurumu (TRT) ile ortaklaşa çalışarak sadece öğrencilere yönelik ders anlatımının yapıldığı, kültürel, sanatsal ve sportif programların yer aldığı TV kanalları kurmuştur. Bilindiği gibi yüzyüze eğitime doğal afetler, hastalıklar ve uzun tatiller gibi çeşitli sebeplerle zaman zaman verilen aralar öğrencilerin öğrenme kayıpları yaşanmasına yol açmaktadır. Bu araştırma ailenin eğitim düzeyi arttıkça çocuklara sağlanan akademik katkının daha yüksek olduğu, eğitim seviyesi düşük olan ailelerin çocuklarının ise öğrenme kayıpları açısından dezavantajlı bir duruma düştüklerini ortaya koymaktadır. Bu açıdan Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı, fırsat ve imkân eşitliği sağlayabilmek için çalışmalar yapmalıdır. Bu çalışmada örneklem üzerinden COVID-19 pandemisi esnasında ülkemizde ders bazında öğrenme kayıpları tespit edilerek, öğrenme kayıplarının oluşmasında ailenin eğitim düzeyi arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.

After the World Health Organization announced the COVID-19 epidemic as a pandemic in March of 2020, face-to-face training has been interrupted in our country. The Ministry of Education has announced on March 23, 2020 that the teaching activities will continue with the method of distance learning. The teachers and students have opened the live curriculum module to use by making updates on the Education Information Network (EBA) which they established in order to provide online support. In the same way, the Turkish Radio Television Institution (TRT) has jointly worked to establish TV channels where the teaching is done only for students, cultural, artistic and sports programs are included. As it is known, face-to-face education causes students to experience learning losses from time to time for various reasons, such as natural disasters, diseases and long holidays. This study shows that the higher educational contribution of families to children is higher, while the children of families with low educational levels are in disadvantage in terms of learning losses. In this regard, the Ministry of Education must work to ensure equal opportunities and opportunities. In this study through the sample, during the COVID-19 pandemic in our country, learning losses were detected, learning losses in the formation of the relationship between the education level of the family was studied.

The Ministry of National Education announced that as of March 23, 2020, education and training activities will continue with the distance education method. It updated the Education Information Network (EBA) that it established to provide online support to teachers and students, and opened the live lesson module for use. Likewise, by working in partnership with the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT), it has established TV channels that only provide lectures for students and include cultural, artistic and sportive programs. As it is known, the breaks that are given to face-to-face education from time to time due to various reasons such as natural disasters, diseases and long vacations cause students to experience learning losses. This research reveals that as the education level of the family increases, the academic contribution provided to the children is higher, and the children of the families with the lower education level fall into a disadvantageous position in terms of learning losses. In this respect, the Ministry of National Education should work to ensure equality of opportunity and opportunity. In this study, learning losses on the basis of lessons were determined in our country during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the relationship between the education level of the family in the formation of learning losses was examined.
