Çeviribilim günümüzde en hızlı gelişen filoloji bilim alanıdır. Bunun başlıca nedenlerinden biri çeviribilimin disiplinlerarası bir bilim dalı olmasıdır. İlişkili herhangi bir bilimin (dilbilimi, edebiyat bilimi, sosyoloji, psikoloji, etnografya, felsefe vb.) gelişimi, çeviribilimin de gelişimine ivme kazandırmaktadır. Modern çeviribilimde bilimsel ve teknik literatürün, metinlerin çevirisi ayrı bir bölüm olarak ele alınmaktadır. Son yıllarda Rus bilim insanlarının (özellikle dilbilimcilerin) bilimsel ve teknik çeviri konularına yönelik araştırmalarının özel bir ilgi gördüğünü belirtmek gerekir. Araştırma makalemiz, Rus bilim insanlarının bilimsel ve teknik çeviri tanımlarını, teknik çevirinin özellikleri hakkındaki görüşlerini içermektedir. Bilimsel ve teknik çeviri türleri ayrıntılı olarak incelenmekte, bu çeviri türünün materyali olan metinlerin özellikleri irdelenmektedir. Farklı teknik metinlerin yapılarının da farklı olduğu ve profesyonel bir çevirmenin bu tür metinlerin yapılarına hakim olması gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Ayrıca makalede bilimsel ve teknik metinlerin dili ve üslubu araştırılmakta, bu üslubun çeviri metnine yansıtılması hususları incelenmektedir. Makalede teknik metinlerde kullanılan kelime ve terimlerin çevirisi yapılırken dikkat edilmesi gereken hususlar konusunda da Rus araştırmacıların görüşlerine geniş yer verilmektedir. Bu kelime ve terimlerin çeviri metnini okuyan her bir uzman için anlaşılır olması ve çevirmenin mümkün olduğunca az çokanlamlı terim ve kelimeler kullanması gerektiği belirtilmektedir. Bu tür kelime ve terimlerin bilimsel ve teknik üslubu oluşturduğu da vurgulanmaktadır. Makalede incelenen bir diğer konu da bilimsel ve teknik metin çevirisinin değerlendirme kriterleridir. Rusça çeviri teorisyenlerinin bu kriterlere yönelik tutumları ayrıntılı olarak incelenmektedir.
Translation is today the fastest growing philosophy field of science. One of the main reasons for this is that translation is an interdisciplinary branch of science. Any related sciences (language science, literary science, sociology, psychology, ethnography, philosophy, etc.) It also promotes the development of translation. In modern translation, the translation of scientific and technical literature, the texts, is considered as a separate section. It should be noted that in recent years the research of Russian scientists (especially linguists) on the subjects of scientific and technical translation has seen a particular interest. Our research article contains the scientific and technical translation definitions of Russian scientists, their views on the characteristics of technical translation. The types of scientific and technical translations are studied in detail, the characteristics of the texts that are the material of this type of translation are examined. It is noted that the structures of different technical texts are also different and that a professional translator should master the structures of such texts. The article also studies the language and style of scientific and technical texts, and studies the aspects of the translation of this style in the text. The article also gives a wide range of opinions to Russian researchers on the aspects that should be taken into account when translating the words and terms used in technical texts. It is noted that these words and terms are understandable for every specialist who reads the translation text and that the translation should use as little terms and words as meaningful as possible. It is also emphasized that such words and terms form a scientific and technical basis. Another topic discussed in the article is the criteria for the evaluation of scientific and technical translation of text. The attitudes of Russian translation theorists towards these criteria are studied in detail.
