So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

With the amendment made in the Article 37 of Insurance Control Act by the Decree Law No. 559, the concept of insurance broker was introduced to the Turkish Law as a new type of insurance mediator besides insurance agents and insurance producers. Insurance Law No. 5684, which came into effect in 2007, repealed the concept of insurance producers and accepted insurance agents and insurance brokers as the sole insurance mediators. In our work, insurance mediation in Turkish Law and comparative law was examined initially in order to explain the legal attributes of the insurance brokers. Subsequently, we tried to present the definition and attributes of insurance brokers and their differences from similar institutions
