Abstract:

Professions such as doctors, lawyers, which require high qualifications, are personally given and the responsibility is to provide just services are defined as Professional Professions (PM). PM has been followed by regulations at various levels almost everywhere in the world for many years. The literature on the subject, according to its qualities, states that the free exchange of these services in the markets will not result in effective consequences, and that the markets in which these services are provided in the name of "public benefit" should be followed by the regulation. However, empirical studies are far from supporting the "public benefit" argument. These studies provide strong evidence that the regulations are very relevant to the benefit of the professional members of the public interest. As the public benefit defense becomes more and more open to debate, regulations in professional services around the world have begun to relax.
