Abstract:

Teknolojik gelişmelerin ivme kazandığı günümüz bilgi çağında, teknoloji kullanımı her alanda vazgeçilmez bir hal almıştır. İnsan hayatının her safhasında var olan teknolojik araç ve gereçlerin insanlara sunduğu fırsatlar ile kişilerin yaşam tarzlarında,  bilgiye erişim şekillerinde insanların öğrenme ve öğretme alışkanlıkları vs. üzerinde değişimler yaratmıştır. Bu teknolojik gelişim ile yaşanan değişimler, insana dair en önemli alanlardan biri olan eğitimde de kendini göstermiştir. Çağa uygun olarak modern öğretim araç ve materyallerin eğitim sisteminde kullanılması kaçınılmaz bir durum haline gelmiş bu sebeple de klasik öğretim metotlarından çağdaş öğretim metotlarına geçişte teknolojinin eğitime entegre edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu durum keza din eğitimi için de geçerlidir. Ancak sadece din eğitiminin verildiği örgün din eğitim kurumlarında değil yaygın din eğitim kurumlarında da teknolojinin eğitime entegre edilmesi mümkün hale getirilmelidir. Bu bağlamda bu çalışmanın amacı Diyanet İşleri Başkanlığına bağlı yaygın din eğitim kurumlarında teknolojik materyal kullanımına ve din görevlilerinin yaygın din eğitiminde teknolojik materyal kullanımına ilişkin durumunu belirlemektir. Diğer taraftan genel eğitimde teknolojik altyapıyı iyileştirme amacıyla başlatılan Fatih Projesinin, yaygın din eğitiminde gerekliliği konusunda din görevlilerinin yaklaşımları ortaya koyulmaya çalışılmıştır.  Bu amaç doğrultusunda çalışmada nicel araştırma metotlarından tarama modeli kullanılmış ve seçilen çalışma gurubuna anket tekniği uygulanmış, elde edilen bulgular betimlenmiştir.

The importance and use of technology in educational institutions

In today’s information age, where technological developments have gained a momentum, the use of technology has become indispensable in all areas. In every phase of human life, technological tools and tools have created changes in people’s lifestyle, learning and teaching habits and so on. This technological development has shown itself in education, which is one of the most important areas of humanity. According to the age, the use of modern teaching tools and materials in the educational system has become an inevitable state, and therefore it is intended to integrate technology into education in the transition from classical teaching methods to contemporary teaching methods. This also applies to religious education. But it should be possible to integrate technology into education not only in the religious educational institutions where religious education is provided, but also in the general religious educational institutions. In this context, the purpose of this study is to determine the use of technological material in the widespread religious educational institutions associated with the Presidency of Religious Affairs and the status of the religious officials in the widespread religious education of the use of technological material. On the other hand, the Fatih Project, which was launched with the aim of improving the technological infrastructure in general education, has been attempted to reveal the approaches of religious officials on the need for widespread religious education.  According to this purpose, the study used the scan model from quantum research methods and the selected study group applied the survey technique, the findings obtained were described.

Technological tools and tools that exist in every moment of human life have created changes with the opportunities they offer to people on the way people live, the ways of accessing information, people's learning and teaching habits, etc. The changes experienced with this technological development have also manifested themselves in the education system, which is one of the most important areas of human beings. In accordance with today's era, the use of modern teaching tools and materials in the education system has become an inevitable situation. Therefore, it is aimed to integrate technology into education in the transition from classical teaching methods to contemporary teaching methods. This situation is also applies to religious education, however; it should be make possible to integrate technology into education not only in formal institutions where religious education is provided, but also in non-formal educational institutions. In this context, the aim of this study is to determine the use of technological materials in the courses given in mosques, Qur'an courses and mosques affiliated to the Directorate of Religious Affairs, which conducts non-formal religious education services, and to determine the status of religious officials in the use of technological materials in non-formal religious education. For this purpose, the survey technique was applied to the selected working group using the scanning model, which is one of the quantitative data collection methods in the research. By describing the findings, the current situation regarding the use of technological tools in the teaching of religion in non-formal religious educational institutions has been tried to put revealed.
