LINGUISTIC CONTRASTIVE BETWEEN ARABIC, TURKISH AND KURDISH LANGUAGES IN DEFINING AND INDIFINITENESS OF SUBJECT Abstract This research aims to contrast between Arabic, Turkish and Kurdish, in defining and indifiniteness of subject. The research relied on the contrastive approach and described the subject in these languages. The research yielded the following results: The subject in Arabic is considered definite, if it’s entered by "أل" or it is a kind of genitive adjective or a proper noun or a pronoun or a demonstrative pronoun or a relative pronoun. It’s considered repudiation if the "أل" is neglected or it’s not mentioned in these sections. There is no real sign of his denial, except for the the Tanween al-Tankeer. The subject is unique in Turkish, as there are no suffixes to define or deny it. So it’s used to deny it with vague words. And when wanting to define it, these words are neglected or a kind of genitive adjective is used or a proper name is used. In Kurdish, the subject is distinguished by the presence of suffixes. They are: "-ê" and "-a" for the singulars,"-ên" for the plural and with the presence of the indefinite suffixes: "-ek" for the singular and "-in" for the plural. In addition to six other suffixes. Keywords: Linguistic Contrastive, Subject, Definite, Indefinite, Language.
