Farklı Azot Dozu ve Biçim Zamanlarının Arı Otu (Phacelia tanacetifolia Bentham )’nun Ot Verimi ve Kalitesi Üzerine Etkileri

Bu araştırma beş farklı azot dozunun (0, 4, 8, 12 ve 16 kg/da) ve dört farklı biçim zamanının (çiçeklenme öncesi, % 50 çiçeklenme, tam çiçeklenme ve tohum bağlama dönemi) arı otunun (Phacelia tanacetifolia Bentham) verim ve kalite değerlerine etkisini belirlemek amacıyla 2017 ve 2018 yıllarında Isparta koşullarında yürütülmüştür. Deneme tesadüf blokları deneme desenine göre üç tekerrürlü olarak kurulmuştur. Çalışmada incelenen özellikler kuru ot verimi, ham protein oranı, ham protein verimi, ADF, NDF, toplam sindirilebilir besin maddesi (TSBM), kuru madde tüketimi (KMT), sindirilebilir kuru madde (SKM) ve nispi yem değeridir. Azot dozları ve biçim zamanları arı otunun verim ve kalitesi üzerine önemli derecede etki yapmıştır. Azot uygulamaları kuru ot verimi, ham protein oranı, ham protein verimi, toplam sindirilebilir besin maddesi, kuru madde tüketimi, sindirilebilir kuru madde ve nispi yem değerini arttırırken, ADF ve NDF oranlarını azaltmıştır. Biçim zamanındaki gecikmeler ot kalitesinde azalmaya neden olmuştur.  Biçim zamanı geciktikçe, ham protein oranı, toplam sindirilebilir besin maddesi, kuru madde tüketimi, sindirilebilir kuru madde ve nispi yem değeri azalmış, kuru ot verimi, ham protein verimi, ADF ve NDF oranları artmıştır. Isparta ve benzeri ekolojik koşullarda yüksek verim ve kalite için arı otunda 12 kg/da N’un yeterli olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.

Abstract:

This study was conducted in the Isparta conditions in 2017 and 2018 in order to determine the effects of five different nitrogen doses (0, 4, 8, 12 and 16 kg/day) and four different form times (pre-blowing, 50% flowering, full-blowing and seed bonding period) on the yield and quality values of bees (Phacelia tanacetifolia Bentham). Test random blocks are established in three wheels according to the test pattern. The characteristics studied in the study are dry herb productivity, raw protein ratio, raw protein productivity, ADF, NDF, total digestible nutrient (TSBM), dry substance consumption (KMT), digestible dry substance (SKM) and relative feed value. Nitrogen doses and forming times have significantly influenced the efficiency and quality of the bees. Nitrogen applications have reduced raw protein yield, raw protein yield, total digestive nutrients, consumption of dry substances, digestive dry substances and relative feed value, while increasing raw herbs, raw protein yield, raw protein yield, while reducing ADF and NDF yields. The delays in the form time have caused a decrease in the grass quality.  As the shape time is delayed, the raw protein ratio, the total digestive nutrients, the consumption of dried substances, digestive dry substances and the relative feed value have decreased, the dry herb production, the raw protein production, the ADF and NDF ratio have increased. It has been concluded that 12 kg/day N in the bees is sufficient for high efficiency and quality in Isparta and similar ecological conditions.
