Objective: To evaluate the changes in eating behavior of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome. Methods: In this study patients with fibromyalgia and healthy control group people were retrospectively compared in terms of Eating Attitudes Test (EAT). Results: The average age inpatient and control group in the study were 47.86±8.72 and 46.72±8:01 years, respectively, and were notstatistically different (p=0.625). The average body mass index of the patient group was 29.24±5.51 kg/m2 and that of the control group was 25.54 ± 4.06 kg/m2. The difference was statistically significant (p=0.008). The eating attitude score was 21.46±13.06 in the patient group and 14.88±5.88 in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p=0.025). Conclusions: It was found that eating behaviour changed in patients with fibromyalgia, and this change was parallel to anxiety and depression of the patients. Identification of such an association could lead to an improvement in treatment of the disease
