Bulgular: Zn düzeyleri Grup I 92.4±6.2 μg/dL, Grup II: 65.8±9.1 μg/dL, Cu düzeyleri Grup I: 77.3±5.1 μg/dL, Grup II: 59.9±4.3 μg/dL, SOD düzeyleri Grup I: 1120±89.8 U/ghb, Grup II: 628.6±67.4 U/ghb, katalaz düzeyleri Grup I: 966.5±67.2, Grup II: 893.5±48.1 U/ghb, GSH-Px düzeyleri Grup I: 62.8±3.2 μg/dL, Grup II: 48.8±1.1 U/ghb, MDA düzeyleri Grup I: 2.8.±0.5 nmol/L, Grup II: 4.7±1.1 nmol/L olarak saptanmıştır.
Preeclampsia is a disease that causes maternal and fetal complications in 2-7% of pregnancies. One of the causes in the etiology is endothelial damage. In this effect, the oxygen-antioxidant system, the element is important. The purpose of this study is to determine the levels of the oxygen-antioxidant system and element element in preeclamptic pregnancies. This study was conducted in the age range of 28±3 years without any risk factors in the 2nd trimester, 25 normal pregnancies (Group I) and systolic blood pressure 160±12, diastolic blood pressure 100±16, and 25 preeclamic pregnancies (Group II) with obesity and proteinuria. The study assessed plasma zinc, copper, superoxid dismutaz (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), malondialdehitis (MDA), and catalase levels. Results: Zn levels Group I 92.4±6. 2 μg/dL, Group II: 65.8±9.1 μg/dL, Cu levels Group I: 77.3±5.1 μg/dL, Group II: 59.9±4.3 μg/dL, SOD levels Group I: 1120±89.8 U/ghb, Group II: 628.6±67.4 U/ghb, catalase levels Group I: 966.5±67.2, Group II: 893.5±48.1 U/ghb, GSH-Px levels Group I: 62.8±3.2 μg/dL, Group II: 48.8±1.1 U/ghb, MDA levels Group I: 2.8.0.5 nmol/L, Group II: 4.7±1 nmol/L. Zinc, copper, SOD, GSH-Px levels were significantly low P<0.05 compared to normal pregnancies in the preeclamtic group, while MDA levels were significantly high P<0.05 compared to normal pregnancies. There is no significant difference in the catastrophe (P>0.05). The result: in preeclamptic patients, the oxidative system is dominant, the levels of zinc and copper, which are important in the development of the endothelium, are reduced. It is believed that this situation prepares the ground for preeclamacy, therefore, the antioxidant system in pregnancy and the element of the body should be evaluated as routine.
