Bu araştırmanın amacı üniversite öğrencilerinin psikolojik sağlamlıklarının açıklanmasında bilinçli farkındalığın ve çeşitli demografik değişkenlerin rolünün incelenmesidir. Araştırma nicel araştırma yaklaşımına dayalı ilişkisel tarama modeli çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın örneklemi bir devlet üniversitesinin belirtilen üç programında (psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik, sosyal hizmet ve hemşirelik) öğrenim gören ve uygun örnekleme yöntemine göre belirlenen 392 öğrenciden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği, Psikolojik Sağlamlık Tutum ve Beceri Ölçeği ve Kişisel Bilgi Formu kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda bilinçli farkındalık ve sınıf düzeyinin yükselmesinin psikolojik sağlamlığı anlamlı ve olumlu yönde açıkladığı anlaşılmıştır. Bununla birlikte üniversiteye gelmeden önce yaşanılan yerleşim yerinin nüfusa göre azalmasının bireylerin psikolojik sağlamlıklarını anlamlı ve olumsuz yönde açıkladığı belirlenmiştir. Öte yandan cinsiyet, öğrenim görülen program, genel akademik not ortalaması, psikolojik destek alma durumu, psikolojik sağlamlık ile ilgili eğitim alma durumu, üniversite yaşamında ikamet edilen yer ve algılanan gelir düzeyi değişkenlerinin ise psikolojik sağlamlığı anlamlı şekilde açıklamadığı tespit edilmiştir.
The purpose of this research is to study the role of conscious awareness and various demographic variables in the explanation of the psychological strengths of university students. The research was carried out in the framework of the relative scan model based on the quantum research approach. The sample of the study consists of 392 students studying in the three specific programs of a state university (psychological counseling and guidance, social service and nursing) and determined according to the appropriate sample method. The research has used the Conscious Awareness Scale, the Attitude and Skills Scale of Psychological Sustainability and the Personal Information Form as a data collection tool. Multiple regression analysis has been used in the analysis of the data obtained. The research finds that the rise of conscious awareness and class level explains psychological stability in a meaningful and positive direction. However, it has been determined that the decrease in the population of the settlement experienced before the university has explained the psychological stability of individuals in a meaningful and negative direction. On the other hand, the gender, the study program, the general academic score average, the status of psychological support, the status of education related to psychological stability, the place of residence in the university life and the perceived income level variables have been found that psychological stability is not significantly explained.
This study aims to investigate the role of mindfulness and various demographic variables in explaining the resilience of university students. The research was carried out within the framework of a relational screening model based on a quantitative research approach. The sample of the study consisted of 392 students who were seleceted by suitable sample strategy from three programs (psychological counselling and guidance, social work and nursing) of a public university. As data collection tools, Mindfulness Scale, Resiliency Attitude and Skill Scale and Personal Information Form were used. Multiple regression analysis was used in the analysis of the obtained data. As a result of the research, it was understood that mindfulness and elevation of the class level explained the resilience in a meaningful and positive way. However, it was determined that the decrease in the population of the place of residence before coming to university explained the resilience of individuals in a meaningful and negative way. On the other hand, it was found that the variables of gender, program in education, general academic grade point average, receiving psychological support, and educational status related to resilience, place of residence in university life, and perceived income level did not significantly explain resilience.
