Yirminci yüzyılın önde gelen filozoflarından Michel Foucault, özneyi gücü elinde bulunduran iktidar ögeleri tarafından inşa edilen varlık olarak tanımlar. Bu inşa sürecine dahil edilemeyen kimlikler ise öteki olarak ifade edilir. Ötekiler, tarih boyunca kural koyucular tarafından çeşitli ıslah yöntemleri kullanılarak ya da toplumdan tecrit edilerek istenilen özne kalıbına sokulmaya çalışılır. İktidar odaklarınca benlikleri oluşturulan özneler de öteki olanı dışarıda kalan “onlar” bağlamında değerlendirerek kendilerinden ayrıştırır. Bu durum, bireyin karşısında yer alan bilinmeyeni tanımlamak için kullanılan öteki kavramı ile edebiyatı da beslemektedir. Uzun bir süre edebî eserlerdeki öteki, “ben/biz”in karşıtında yer alan düşman olarak görülür. Türk edebiyatında da başlangıçta bu durum geçerli olur ve ötekiler, edebiyatımızda ancak karşıt bir imge olarak yer bulabilir. Bu anlayışın ise diğer edebiyatlarda olduğu gibi toplumun farklı kesimlerinin yazınımıza girdiği modernizmle beraber yıkıldığını söylemek mümkün. Bu dönemle birlikte öteki olarak adlandırılan bireyler “onlar” algısından sıyrılarak merkezi bir bakış açısıyla görülmeye başlanır. Ötekilere bu şekilde bakan isimlerden biri de İkinci Yeni’nin başkaldırıcı şairi olan Ece Ayhan’dır. Ayhan, devletle ve iktidarla olan kavgasını şiirine aktararak devlet tarafından bir köşeye atılan, tarih kitaplarının yer vermeyeceği bireyleri kendisine kaynak edinmektedir. Şiirlerinde alışılagelmişin dışına çıkan, kullandığı imgelerle anlamı çeşitli katmanlarla yoğuran şair, ayrıca iktidar tarafından ötekileştirilen bireylerin sesini de kalemine taşır. Bu çalışmada Ece Ayhan’ın Devlet ve Tabiat ya da Orta İkiden Ayrılan Çocuklar için Şiirler adlı kitabındaki şiirler, iktidarlar ve ötekileştirdiği özneler bağlamında incelenecek ve Ece Ayhan şiirinin siyasal ve toplum düzleminde şekillenen kimlik ve kültür algıları öteki kavramı ile değerlendirilecektir. Böylece Ece Ayhan’ın şiir diline yansıyan öteki olma hâli, kullanılan söylem ve dil unsurları aracılığıyla tespit edilerek ortaya koyulacaktır.
Michel Foucault, one of the leading philosophers of the twentieth century, defines the essence as an existence built by the power-holding objects. The identities that are not included in this construction process are expressed as the other. Others, throughout history, are attempted to be introduced into the desired substance by the rule makers using various healing methods or being isolated from society. When the power focuses on the self-created subjects, the other is also separated from themselves by evaluating the other in the context of the "they" left outside. This situation also feeds the literature with the other concept used to identify the unknown in front of the individual. For a long time, the other in literary works is seen as the enemy opposed to "I/we". In Turkish literature, this also applies in the beginning, and others can find a place in our literature only as an opposite image. It is possible to say that this understanding, as in other literature, has been destroyed along with the modernism in which different sections of society entered our writings. With this period, the individuals who are called the other are separated from the perception of "they" and begin to be seen from a central point of view. One of the names that look like this to others is Ece Ayhan, the rebellion poet of the Second New. Ayhan, by translating his struggle with the state and power into the poem, is thrown into a corner by the state, the people that the history books will not place to him. The poet, who is out of the usual in his poems, with the images he uses the meaning with various layers, also carries the voice of the individuals selfished by power into the pen. In this study, the poems, powers and subjects in Ece Ayhan’s book “Poems for State and Nature or Children Separated from the Middle Two” will be studied in the context and the identity and cultural perceptions formed in the political and social level of Ece Ayhan will be evaluated by the other concept. Thus, the other state of being that reflects Ece Ayhan's poetic language will be revealed by being identified through the use of speech and language elements.
