Stomach cancer is a very rare clinical condition in pregnancy and the incidence is 0.025% to 0.1%. Symptoms that are specific to gastric cancer can be seen very often in pregnancy and are benign, which remove the clinician from the diagnosis or delay the diagnosis.The case presented with 18 week pregnancy, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, weight loss and indigestion problems.Although these complaints were initially thought to be related to pregnancy, it was thought that persistent symptoms and persistent nausea vomiting on the detailed examination of the abdominal mass might be related to a problem other than pregnancy.After the examinations made, gastric-stained ring cell adenocarcinoma was diagnosed.Pregnancy termination was performed and medical oncology was directed.It is necessary to approach multidisciplinary approach to patients with gastric cancer during pregnancy.The clinician should keep in mind that this condition may be caused by a pathology other than pregnancy when persistent nausea, vomiting and especially epigastric pain in pregnancies.
