Özet Türkiye’nin tarımsal ürün ticaretinde yaşadığı dönüşüm dünya ticaretindeki değişime ve işbölümüne paralellik göstermiş ve böylece 1990lı yılların ortalarından itibaren dış dünyaya daha bağımlı bir yapıya dönüşmüştür. Bu çalışmada Standart Uluslar arası Ticaret Sınıflamasının (SITC) tarımsal ürün ticareti için ürettiği 1990-2017 dönemi yıllık verileri kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen bulgular, Türkiye’nin tarım ürünleri bakımından kendi kendine yeterliliğinin sektördeki uluslararası gelişmelere bağlı olarak 1990lı yıllardan itibaren azaldığını ve 2000li yıllardan itibaren ise giderek daha fazla dışa bağımlı hale geldiğini göstermektedir. Elde edilen bir diğer önemli sonuç ise, tarımsal ürünler alt gruplar bakımından incelendiğinde, gıda maddeleri ticaretinin genellikle fazla verdiği, ancak tarımsal hammaddeler ticaretinin ise açık verdiği görülmektedir. The transformation that Turkey has experienced in the agricultural product trade has shown parallelness to the change and division in the world trade and thus has since the mid-1990s become a structure more dependent on the external world. This study used annual data for the period 1990-2017 produced by the Standard International Trade Classification (SITC) for agricultural products trade. The findings obtained in the study show that Turkey’s self-sufficiency in terms of agricultural products has decreased since the 1990s due to international developments in the sector, and since the 2000s it has become increasingly dependent on foreign products. Another important outcome is that when agricultural products are examined in terms of subgroups, food trade usually gives over, but agricultural raw materials trade makes it clear.
