The aim of this research is to investigate cyberloafing, job stress, job satisfaction with some demographic values (gender, age, sector) on white collars in different service sectors (Bank, automotive, tourism). The job satisfaction scale (JSC), job stress scale (JSS) and cyberloafing scale (CS) were answered by participants in Antalya city centre in Turkey. Of the participants who are 127 female 57% and 96 male 43%, all of them are 223 persons. Descriptive method was used in this study. The data were analyzed by SPSS 22.0 statistical package program. According to the results; The participants of whom reported 88.4% cyberloafing behaviors 0-3 hours during per day in their working hours at workplace. There were not found significantly relationship between cyberloafing, job stress and job satisfaction. Job satisfaction, job stress, age and sector, except for gender were jointly of them predicted to major cyberloafing behaviors. The results obtained from this research were discussed in light of literature.
