Abstract:

Sustainable Supply Chain Management provides cooperation between the supply chain stakeholders, ensuring that raw materials, information and capital flows and all activities from strategic to operational level are managed in a way that is economically, environmentally and socially balanced. With the integration of the concept of sustainability in literature into the core functions of the supply chain, STZY indicates that companies will be able to a good market position globally. This study is often aimed at presenting a practical approach to the implementation of the STZY, which is often discussed conceptually, and thus developing a road map for managers. During the implementation in the automotive sub-industry, multiple criteria decision making techniques have been used by the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Quality Function Migration (KFG). AHP and the company’s specific sustainability priorities are ranked according to their importance levels, the supply chain that needs to be focused on the implementation of the priorities with the KFG technology has been tried to determine the basic and sub-applications. In achieving a sustainable supply chain, the company should focus primarily on the issues of product recovery, use of multiple types of transportation in transportation, the classification of suppliers as first and secondary suppliers.
