Abstract:

It is the most important thing that we have to do with this, and that we have to do with this, and that we have to do with this, and that we have to do with this, and that we have to do with this. However, some of the expressions that are included in the concrete works and some issues that stand as independent of the siyak and sibyan must be revealed in the name of better understanding of the related works why they are included in the respective works and what the authors mean with such a text philosophy. The basic claim of this study is that these fictional and expression styles in the subjects are mostly used for reference to the hilâf mesail. In the study, this claim will be based on the example of the prayer subject in the explanatory texts of the Hanefî mezhebî and in certain main charges taken on these texts.
