Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'deki eğitim örgütlerinde görev yapan eğitim çalışanlarının yaşadığı örgütsel sinizmin cinsiyete göre farklılaşıp/farklılaşmadığını meta-analiz yöntemiyle incelemektir. Bu kapsamda, bazı anahtar kavramlar kullanılarak yapılan literatür taramasında; 2000-2018 yılları arasında Türkiye'deki eğitim örgütlerinde yapılmış olan ve örgütsel sinizmi inceleyen 159 çalışmaya ulaşılmıştır. Bu çalışmalardan 42'si araştırmacılar tarafından belirlenmiş olan dâhil edilme kriterlerine uygun olduğu için araştırmaya dâhil edilmiştir. Yayın yanlılığı, Huni Grafiği, Duval ve Tweedie'nin kırp ve doldur yöntemi ve Egger Testi ile incelenmiş ve yapılan testler sonucunda yayın yanlılığın olmadığı anlaşılmıştır. Analizler rastgele etkiler modeline göre yapılmış olup, etki büyüklükleri Cohen'nin d'sine göre hesaplanmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda eğitim çalışanlarının yaşadığı örgütsel sinizmin cinsiyete göre etki büyüklüğünün önemsiz düzeyde ve anlamsız olduğu sonucu elde edilmiştir [d=.028; p˃.05]. Moderatör analizi sonucunda; yayın türü, araştırmanın yapıldığı bölge ve örneklem grubunun hesaplanan etki büyüklüğü üzerinde moderatör etkiye sahip olmadığı görülmüştür.
The purpose of this study is to examine whether employees in educational organizations having organizational cynicism in Turkey differ according to gender by the meta-analysis. In this context, in the literature review using some key concepts; reached 159 studies that examine the organizational cynicism in the years 2000-2018 made in educational organizations in Turkey. 42 of these studies were included in the study because they were in accordance with the inclusion criteria determined by the researchers. The Funnel Chart, Duval and Tweedie's Crop and Fill Method and Egger Test examined the publication bias, and it was found that there was no publication bias at the end of the tests. The analyses were made according to the random effects model and the effect sizes were calculated according to Cohen's d. As a result of the analyses, the effect sizes of the organizational cynicism experienced by the education workers by gender was unimportant and insignificant [d=.028; p. As a result of the moderator analysis; It was observed that the type of publication, the region where the study was conducted and the sample group did not have a moderator effect on the calculated effect you.
