Abstract:

The objective of this systematic literature study on the effectiveness of the practices aimed at improving drug conformity in patients with a kidney transplant is to ensure a critical assessment of the literature by evaluating the methodological quality of the studies and explaining the contents of the practices. Tools and methods: 5632 studies published between 2007 and 2019 on the subject have been reviewed.10 studies have been taken into the field of study because they meet the criteria for inclusion into the research. All publications are compiled by methods of work, systematized in terms of the findings. The results: 10 studies have been taken into the scope of research. 6 of these studies are randomized controlled study, 2 are retrospective and 2 are systematic review. When the studies were studied, the experimental groups were used combinations of cognitive/educational, consulting/behavioral, psychological/emotional, social and financial approaches, while the control groups were standardized. The methods used to enhance drug conformity are some of the methods used from the application methods, face-to-face training, telephone conversation, home visit, electronic reminders, smart medication bottles. The findings of this collection show that a combination of behavioral, educational and emotional practices that target behavioral risk factors or target behavioral, educational and emotional practices is effective in improving drug consistency. If patients are encouraged to participate in the development process, the effectiveness of the application can be further increased.
