Bu çalışmada, psikolojik iklimin öğrenilmiş güçlülük üzerine etkisini araştırmak amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaçla otomotiv sektörü çalışanları üzerinde bir alan araştırması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada veri toplama yöntemi olarak anket tekniği kullanılmıştır. Anket uygulaması sonucu 611 veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen veriler SPSS yoluyla frekans, güvenilirlik, korelasyon ve regresyon analizleri kullanılarak test edilmiştir. Araştırma hipotezinin test edilmesinde regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda, psikolojik iklim boyutlarından zorluk, rol açıklığı, destekleyici yönetim ve kendini ifade etmenin öğrenilmiş güçlülük üzerinde pozitif yönde bir etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Psikolojik iklim boyutlarından katkı ve tanımanın ise öğrenilmiş güçlülük üzerinde anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı görülmüştür. Bu bulgu, çalışanların öğrenilmiş güçlülük düzeylerinin arttırılmasında yapılan işin zorluk düzeyinin, rollerin açıkça belirlenmesinin, yöneticilerin çalışanları desteklemesinin ve çalışanların iş rollerinde kendilerini ifade edebilmelerinin etkili olduğunu göstermektedir.
This study aims to investigate the impact of the psychological climate on the learned strength. For this purpose, a field research on the automotive industry workers was carried out. The survey technique was used as a method of data collection. The survey resulted in 611 data. The obtained data has been tested using SPSS frequency, reliability, correlation and regression analysis. Regression analysis was used to test the research hypothesis. The results of the analysis found that the psychological climate dimensions have a positive impact on the difficulty, the clarity of the role, the supporting management, and self-expression on the learned strength. The contribution and recognition of the psychological dimensions of the climate has not been shown to have a meaningful impact on the learned strength. This finding shows that the level of difficulty of the work done in increasing employees’ learned strength levels, the clear determination of roles, the support of managers to employees and the ability of employees to express themselves in their work roles is effective.
