Neurofibromatosis is an otozomal dominant and multisistemic disorder. There are two type: Neurofibromatosis type 1 and Neurofibromatosis type 2. Neurofibromas can be found multisystem and can be cause difficulty for either general anaesthesia or regional anesthesia . The patient is 31 years old, 50 kilograms weight, and 37 weeks pregnant who has common neurofibroms in whole body. She underwent an emergency cesarean section because of deseleration on nonstress test. The patient has two hours fasthing period. We used intravenous 0.6 mg/kg rocuronium (1/3 priming dose), 7 mg/kg tiopental sodium for inducation. The patient was intubated without encountering any diffuculty. Manual pressure applied to the trachea during intubation. With this case report, we want to tell anesthesic method under emergency condition in full stomach pregnant patient with neurofibromatozis.
