Elinizdeki çalışmada, Türkmencenin en işlek yapım eki +ly/+li ve bilen bağlacı üzerinde durulmuştur. Taranan eserlerden +ly/+li ekinin işlevleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ekin işlevleri ve türetim gücü açısından ele alınırken aynı zamanda ekin morfosemantik ve morfofonolojik özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bununla birlikte bazı isimlerin sonundan bulunan ve +ly/+li yapım eki gibi görünen aslında ise cümlede bağlaç görevinde olan –ly/-li’ye dikkat çekilmiştir. –ly/-li, bilen bağlacının bazı isimlerin sonuna bitişik yazılabilen kısaltılmış biçimidir. Ancak bu yaygın bir durum değildir. Yazıda –ly/-li (>bilen) ve yapım eki olan +ly/+li arasındaki farkları gösterebilmek için aynı kelime örnekleri tercih edilmiştir. Örnekler ve örneklerin geçtiği cümleler transkripsiyonlu biçimi ve Türkiye Türkçesiyle birlikte verilmiştir.
The present study focuses on the most common Turkmen construction suffix +ly/+li and the conjunction bilen. The functions of the suffix +ly/+li were tried to be determined from the analysed works. While the suffix is discussed in terms of its functions and derivational power, the morphosymantic and morphophonological features of the suffix are also examined. In addition, attention was drawn to -ly/-li, which is found at the end of some nouns and looks like a +ly/+li suffix, but in fact acts as a conjunction in the sentence. -ly/-li is a shortened form of the conjunction bilen, which can be written adjacent to the end of some nouns. However, this is not a common situation. In order to show the differences between -ly/-li (>bilen) and the construction suffix +ly/+li, examples of the same word are preferred. The examples and the sentences in which the examples occur are given together with the transcribed form and Turkey Turkish.
