Temel Halter Eğitimi Alan Üniversite Öğrencilerinin Fiziksel Parametre Değişimlerinin İncelenmesi

Abstract:

Günümüz modern çalışma prensiplerinde halter, ön plânda yer alan hatta vazgeçilmez gözüyle bakılan önemli bir antrenman metodudur. Müsabakalar dışında da insanlar, vücut sağlığı ve güzelliği için halter sporuyla ilgilenmektedirler. Ayrıca diğer branşlarda da güç geliştirmek için ve sakatlıklardan sonra, rehabilitasyon amacıyla yararlanılan bir branş haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda araştırmanın amacı, Bayburt üniversitesi öğrencilerinin halter antrenmanı ile fiziksel parametre değişimlerini araştırmaktır. Araştırmaya Bayburt Üniversitesi Beden Eğitimi ve Spor Yüksekokulu’nda öğrenim gören, daha önce halter eğitimi almamış ve herhangi bir sakatlığı-rahatsızlığı olmayan, yaş ortalamaları 19,85±1,53 (yıl), boy ortalamaları 164,30±9,60 (cm), vücut ağırlıkları 62,93±13,71 (kg) olan 12 kadın (%60) ve 8 erkek (%40) gönüllü olarak katılmışlardır. Öğrencilere sağ ve sol el pençe kuvveti, sırt ve bacak kuvveti, vücut ağırlığı, beden kitle indeksi, vücut yağ yüzdesi ve sağ ve sol el parmak kavrama kuvveti ölçümleri ön-test ve son-test olarak 8 haftalık temel halter eğitimi öncesi ve sonrasında uygulanmıştır. Erkek katılımcıların Kilo, BHPG-sağ el, BHPG-sol el, GSD-sağ el, GSD-sol el ve BSD ölçümlerinde anlamlı fark tespit edilirken (p<0,05), Yağ ve BKİ değişkenleri ön-test ve son-test değerleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir (p>0,05). Kadın sporcuların ise Kilo, Yağ, BHPG-Sağ El, BHPG-Sol El, GSD-Sağ El, GSD-Sol El ve BSD değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılık tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05). Diğer taraftan, BKİ değişkeni ön-test ve son-test değerleri arasında ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık tespit edilmemiştir (p>0,05).

Review of the Physical Parameters Changes of University Students in Basic Halter Education

In today’s modern working principles, halter is an important training method that is in the forefront and even is considered as indispensable. In addition to competitions, people are also interested in sporting for body health and beauty. It has also become a branch used for rehabilitation purposes in other branches to improve power and after disabilities. In this context, the purpose of the research is to investigate the changes in physical parameters by the hallter training of Bayburt University students. The study was conducted at the University of Bayburt Physical Education and Sports High School, which has not previously received hallter education and has no disabilities, with an average age of 19,85±1,53 (year), an average size of 164,30±9,60 (cm), body weights of 62,93±13,71 (kg) and 12 women (60%) and 8 men (40%) voluntarily participated. Students are applied to measurements of the right and left hand pencil strength, back and leg strength, body weight, body mass index, body fat percentage and right and left hand finger capture strength as pre-test and final-test for 8 weeks of basic halter training before and after. While significant differences were detected in the weight, BHPG-right hand, BHPG-left hand, GSD-right hand, GSD-left hand and BSD measurements of male participants (p<0,05), no statistically significant differences were detected between the pre-test and final-test values of the fat and BCI variables (p>0,05). Women’s athletes have found significant differences in weight, fat, BHPG-right hand, BHPG-left hand, GSD-right hand, GSD-left hand and BSD variants (p<0,05). On the other hand, there is no statistically significant difference between the pre-test and final-test values of the BCI variable (p>0,05).
