Bu çalışmada, dişbudak (Fraxinus excelsior Lipsky), kestane (Castanea sativa Mill) ve Sapsız meşe (Quercus petraea Lieble) odunlarından üretilen kavelalar kullanılarak hazırlanmış ahşap boy birleştirmelerin kavela çekme direnci değerleri araştırılmıştır. Deney örnekleri, Doğu kayını odunundan hazırlanmıştır. Yapıştırıcı olarak ise poliüretan (PU-D4) ve polivinilasetat (PVAc-D4) tutkalları kullanılmıştır. Denemelerde 2 tutkal çeşidi, 3 kavela ağaç türü ve her örnekten 10 adet olmak üzere toplam 60 adet deney örneği hazırlanmıştır. Deneyler BSI 6948 standartlarına göre statik yük altında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına göre, en yüksek kavela çekme direnci değeri dişbudak kavela ile polivinilasetat (PVAc-D4) tutkalı kullanılarak hazırlanan deney örneklerinde, en düşük kavela çekme direnci değeri ise kestane kavela ile poliüretan (PU-D4) tutkalı kullanılarak hazırlanan deney örneklerinde elde edilmiştir.
In this study, we studied the resistance values of wood-size combinations prepared with the use of caves produced from the dentist (Fraxinus excelsior Lipsky), castane (Castanea sativa Mill) and non-saped wood (Quercus petraea Lieble). Examples of the experiment are prepared from the east roof. As adhesive, polyurethane (PU-D4) and polyvinilacetate (PVAc-D4) are used. In the trials, a total of 60 examples were prepared, including 2 species of coal, 3 species of cave tree and 10 of each sample. The tests were carried out under static load according to the BSI 6948 standards. According to the results of the experiment, the highest kavela drawing resistance value was obtained in the experimental samples prepared using the polivinilacetate (PVAc-D4) and the lowest kavela drawing resistance value was obtained in the experimental samples prepared using the kavela castane and the polyurethane (PU-D4).
