Kazanlı âlim Musa Cârullah (1875-1949), büyük bir mütefekkir ve aksiyon adamıdır. Onun Kur’an anlayışının şekillenmesinde, yaşadığı dönemin büyük etkisi olmuştur. O da karşılaştığı bütün bu sorunlara Kur’an’dan cevaplar arayarak, İslam dünyasında fikrî bir inkılâp yapmaya çalışmış, Müslümanların çağdaş sorunlarının çözümünü Kur’an’a dönüşte görmüş ve yorumlarıyla İslam Medeniyetine önemli katkılarda bulunmuştur. Bu makalede, Kazanlı âlim Musa Cârullah’ın Kur’an anlayışı ona göre Müslümanların uyanışında Kur’an’ı anlamanın rolü sosyal meselelere Kur’an’dan çözümler ayetlerin tefsirindeki yenilikçi metot ve yorum yöntemi konuları ele alınıp değerlendirilmektedir. Bu esaslar çerçevesinde onun Kur’an anlayışının temellerini Kur’an ve Sünnet, Kur’an’ın evrenselliği, hür aklın hüccetliği, cedidcilik ve yenilikçilik konuları oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu makalenin amacı, Musa Cârullah’ın nasıl bir Kur’an anlayışına sahip olduğunu tespit etmek, bakış açısını belirlemek, yorumlarının temelindeki Kur’an anlayışını ortaya koymaktır. Kısaca bu makalede onun yaklaşımı modernist ve gelenekçi yorumlar açısından ele alınmış ve neticede onun, klasik İslam mirası ile modern bilimleri senkronize etme gayreti içerisinde olan bir düşünür olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır.
The Kazanli alim Musa Cârullah (1875-1949) is a great supporter and action man. His understanding of the Qur’an has had a great influence on the time he lived. He also sought answers from the Qur’an to all these problems he encountered, he tried to make an intellectual insult in the Islamic world, he saw the solution of the contemporary problems of Muslims to the Qur’an, and he made significant contributions to the Islamic civilization with his comments. In this article, the understanding of the Qur’an by the Kazanli al-Musa al-Qaradawi, according to him, the role of understanding the Qur’an in the awakening of the Muslims, the solutions to social issues from the Qur’an, the innovative method in the interpretation of the verses and the method of commentation are discussed and evaluated. In this context, the foundations of his understanding of the Qur’an are: the Qur’an and the Sunnah, the universality of the Qur’an, the covertness of the free mind, the covertness and the innovation. Thus, the purpose of this article is to identify how the Qur’an was understood by Moses, to identify the perspective, to reveal the understanding of the Qur’an on the basis of his interpretations. In short, in this article, his approach was discussed from the point of view of modernist and traditional interpretations, and it was concluded that he was a thinker who sought to synchronize the classical Islamic heritage with modern sciences.
