TÜRKİYE’NİN DOĞUSUNDA BİR İLDE YAŞAYAN ANNELERİN DOĞUM SONU DÖNEMDE EBEVEYNLİK DAVRANIŞLARI

Abstract:

Amaç: Araştırma, Bingöl ilinde yaşayan annelerin doğum sonu dönemde ebeveynlik davranışlarının incelenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Yöntem: Araştırma, Bingöl ilinde bulunan bir devlet hastanesinde Temmuz-Aralık 2014 tarihleri arasında tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Evreni, bu tarihlerde belirtilen hastanede doğum yapan araştırmaya alınma kriterlerine uyan anneler oluşturmuştur. Örneklem grubu seçimine gidilmemiştir. Çalışma, 300 anne ile tamamlanmıştır. Veriler, araştırmacı tarafından “Soru Formu” ve “Doğum Sonrası Ebeveynlik Davranışları Ölçeği (DSEDÖ)” aracılığıyla yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi ile toplanmıştır. Bulgular: Çalışmada 18-25 yaş grubunda, üniversite ve üzeri eğitim seviyesine sahip olan, çalışan, gelir durumu giderinden fazla olan, çekirdek aile yapısına sahip ve evlilik süresi 1-5 yıl olan, ilk gebeliği olan, doğum öncesi bakım sayısı 10 ve üzeri olan, planlı gebelik sonucu doğum yapan annelerin doğum sonu ebeveynlik davranışlarının daha yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir (p<0.05). Araştırmada annelerin %2.3’ü DSEDÖ’den 1 puan alırken, %62.7’sinin tam puan aldığı (6 puan) ve annelerin DSEDÖ genel puan ortalamasının 5.27±1.17 olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Araştırmada annelerin ebeveynlik davranışı puan ortalamalarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu yaş grubu, eğitim durumu, çalışma durumu, yaşadığı yer, gelir durumu, aile tipi, evlilik süresi, gebelik sayısı, doğum öncesi bakım sayısı, gebeliğin planlanma durumu değişkenlerinin DSEDÖ puan ortalamalarını etkilediği, doğum şekli ve bebeğin cinsiyetinin DSEDÖ puan ortalamalarını etkilemediği bulunmuştur.

Purpose: The study was conducted with the aim of studying the parental behavior of mothers living in the province of Bingöl during the late birth period. Method: The research was carried out in a state hospital in the province of Bingöl between July and December 2014. The universe was formed by mothers who meet the criteria for receipt of birth in the hospital specified on these dates. The example group was not selected. The study was completed with 300 mothers. The data was collected by the researcher through the face-to-face interview method through the "Question Form" and the "Made of Postpartum Parental Behavior" (DSEDÖ). Results: The study found that in the age group of 18-25 years of age, with university and higher education, employees, with income status exceeding expenses, with core family structure and marriage period of 1-5 years, with first pregnancy, pre-born care number of 10 and above, the maternal behavior of maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal maternal The study found that 2.3 per cent of mothers received 1 point from the DSEDÖ, while 62.7 per cent received a full score (6 points) and that the general average of mothers received 5.27±1.17 points from the DSEDÖ. The study found that the mother's parental behavior scores are high; age group, educational status, working status, where she lives, income status, family type, marriage period, pregnancy number, pre-born care number, pregnancy planning status variants affect the average scores of the GDP, birth form and sex of the baby does not affect the GDP scores.

Aim: This study aims to evaluate parenting behaviours of mothers, living in the province of Bingol, in the postpartum period. Methods: The descriptive type research was conducted in a state hospital in the province of Bingol, between July and December, 2014. The study population consisted of mothers who meet the research inclusion criteria and gave birth in the studied hospital at the time of research. No sample selection was performed. The study was completed with 300 mothers. Data were collected by the researcher through face-to-face interview method using a "Questionnaire", and the "Postpartum Parenting Behaviour Scale (PPBS)". Results: In the study, the mothers in the 18-25 age group, mothers with a college or higher level of education, employed mothers, mothers having an income that exceeds their expenses, mothers having a nuclear family structure, mothers married for at least 1-5 years, mothers who gave birth for the first time, mothers who gave birth through a planned pregnancy, and mothers having pre-natal care for more than 10 times were found to have higher mean postpartum parenting behaviour scores (p<0.05). In the study, 2.3% of the mothers had 1 point in the PPBS, and 62.7% had scored full (6 points), and the average PPBS score of the mothers was found to be 5.27±1.17. Conclusion: In the study, it was found that the mean parenting scores of the mothers were higher; the mean PPBS scores was found to be affected by the age group, educational status, employment status, place of residence, income status, family type, duration of marriage, number of pregnancies, number of pre-natal cares, and whether the pregnancy was planned, whereas the mean PPBS scores was not found to be affected by the mode of delivery and gender of the baby.
