Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to evaluate the opinions of teachers who work in the professional training centers located in the province of İzmir on the job satisfaction according to various variables. This research is a quantitative study conducted in order to identify the socio-demographic characteristics of 177 teachers who work in the educational and educational centers in the 2017-2018 educational year in the province of İzmir, with the aim of determining their views on work satisfactions. The research has been developed by Strengthkanat (1995) for the use of the Business Doyum Scale. The data collection tool consists of two sections. The first section includes gender, age, civil status, type of school in which you graduate and the variables of the year of service in teaching, and the second section includes 32 questions to measure work satisfaction. SPSS in the statistical analysis of the study. There are 23 packages. Parametric tests were used because the data showed normal distribution. In two-group comparisons, t test for independent groups was used, and one-way variance analysis for comparisons in groups with more than two. The One-Way ANOVA test has been used to find the source of the difference between the groups with the Tukey Test, one of the Post Hoc tests. The error share in the study was p<0.05 . The results of the analyses found that the employment satisfaction of teachers did not make a significant difference in terms of age, civil status and school type variables they graduated. However, the difference between gender and teaching in the year of service is significant.
