Kuzey Kafkasya’dan Karaçay Türklerinin sürülmesi dünya tarihinin trajik olaylarından biridir. 1943 yılında Orta Asya’ya makalenin asıl konusunu oluşturan Kırgızistan topraklarına sürgün edilen Karaçay Türkleri Kırgızistan’ın farklı yerlerine sürülmüşlerdir. Kırgızistan çeşitli bölgelerine sürülen Karaçay Türkleri NKVD’nin sıkı kontrolü altında yaşamaya başlamışlardır. Ancak bu zor şartlar altında Kırgız halkı tarafından Karaçay Türklerine yapılan birçok yardım ve desteğin esirgenmediği de söz konusudur. Kırgızistan halkı zaruret ve açlık içinde olmasına rağmen Karaçaylılara ve diğer sürgün edilen halklara yardım eli uzatmış, onlara gıda, eşya yardımında bulunmuştur. Kırgız halkının Kırgızistan’a sürgün edilen Karaçay Türklerine misafirperverlik ve yardımseverlikle davranması Karaçaylıların ülkeye çabuk uyum sağlamalarına neden olmuştur. Karaçay ile Kırgız halkı ister din açısından ister dil açısından olsun birbirlerine yakın olduklarından anlaşmakta güçlük çekmemişlerdir. Karaçaylılar yerli halkın destek ve yardımıyla hayatta kalmış, çocuklarının geleceğini kurtarmak ve daha güzel bir hayat ümidiyle çalışmış, ülkeye daha çabuk katkıda bulunmayı başarabilmişlerdir. Sürgün edilenler karşılaştıkları zor koşullarına rağmen, Kırgızistan’a entegrasyon sağlamanın yanı sıra eğitim, spor, sağlık ve iş hayatı gibi alanlarda yürüttükleri faaliyetleriyle ülke ekonomisinin gelişimine de önemli katkılar sağlamışlardır. Karaçaylıların yürüttükleri bu tür sosyal faaliyetleri bireylerinin gelişim sürecini etkilemekle birlikte, toplum yaşamına adapte olmalarını sağlamıştır. Makalede Kırgızistan’daki Karaçaylıların eğitim, sağlık, spor, iş hayatı gibi alanlarda yürüttükleri sosyal faaliyetleri ele alınmıştır. Karaçaylıların yürüttükleri bu faaliyetlerle ülke ekonomisinin, kültürünün gelişimine ne gibi katkıların olduğu incelenmiştir.
The expulsion of Karachi Turks from the North of the Caucasus is one of the tragic events in the world history. In 1943, Karachay Turks, who were deported to Kyrgyzstan territory, which was the main subject of the article in Central Asia, were deported to different places in Kyrgyzstan. Karachay Turks, who have been deported to various regions of Kyrgyzstan, have begun to live under the strict control of the NKVD. But under these difficult conditions it is also stated that many aid and support made by the Kyrgyz people to Karachay Turks are not disappointed. Although the people of Kyrgyzstan were hungry and hungry, they extended their hands to help the Karachians and other deported peoples, and they were given food and goods to help them. The behavior of the Kyrgyz people to the Karachi Turks who were deported to Kyrgyzstan with hospitality and charity has led the Karachians to quickly adapt to the country. The people of Karaçay and Kyrgyz have not had any difficulty in understanding whether they were close to each other in terms of religion or language. The Karachians survived with the support and help of the indigenous people, worked to save the future of their children and hoped for a better life, and succeeded in contributing faster to the country. Despite the difficult conditions they encounter, the deported have made significant contributions to the development of the country’s economy with their activities in areas such as education, sport, health and business as well as integration in Kyrgyzstan. The social activities carried out by the Karachians have influenced the development process of their individuals, while they have made them adapted to the life of society. The article discussed the social activities of Karachians in Kyrgyzstan in areas such as education, health, sport, business life. With these activities the Karachians have studied how the country’s economy contributes to the development of its culture.
