Introduction and Target: Aort cover replacement (ACR) and/or coronary artery bacterial greft (CABG) in patients over the age of 70 were carried out by bioprotez cover and mechanical cover operational; postoperative early and middle period results were compared. Method and Requirements: The demographic data of patients, cover number, New York Heart Association (NYHA) classification, ejection fraction (EF), operational and postoperative early and middle-term results were studied. After surgery, NYHA was statistically compared with the mechanical cover with the bioprotez cover, taking into account the control ecocardiography parameters along with the history of bleeding, peripheral embolism and warfarin use: 28 in the mechanical cover group, and 9 in the bioprotez cover group. No statistically meaningful difference was found in the comparison of early and middle-term results of patients in the operational and postoperative period. In comparison of control ecocardiographs, it was found that the cover area of patients using mechanical cover was significantly smaller than those using bioprotez cover (p=0,047). From the long-term results, one of the mechanically covered patients was lost due to the cause of cerebral hemorrhage associated with oral anticoagulant (OAK), 2 patients developed bleeding, and 3 patients developed peripheral embolism. KABG + AKR made and mechanical covered 3 patients and 1 patient used bioprothesis was found to be lost in the late period due to heart failure. The most important disadvantage in the bioprotez cover is the use of OAK in the mechanical cover, while early degeneration. The two groups have not shown superiority to each other in terms of the operational and postoperative early-term results. In the middle period, control has shown that ecocardiographically bioprotez cover provides a better orifis area. The main factor responsible for mortality has been shown to be left ventricular dysfunction and advanced age. It may be necessary to wait about 5-7 years more to detect degenerative changes in the bioprotez cover in the study.
