Abstract:

The aim of this study is to emphasize the importance of Kitâbu'l-Azame of the great muhaddis and commentator Abu'ş-Sheikh, to raise awareness about the work and its author, and thus to contribute to a better understanding of the development and characteristics of Islamic literature. While copyrighting their works, the authors benefited from the scholars who lived before them or their works. For this reason, it is possible to see the influence of previous works more or less in each work. Ebu'ş-Sheikh's book called Kitâbu'l-Azame is known as one of the important sources of Islamic literature. Although its subjects are mainly akaid and kalam, it has been the source of many works that were copyrighted after him.
