Abstract:

Corporate Resource Planning (CCP) systems are very important for in terms of improving business processes and ensuring integration between different units within the enterprise. On the other hand, situations such as the high cost of the CCP systems and the excess of time for to adapt to these systems require very careful choice of these systems. The choice of a system that fits the business processes and the corporate structure of the business is a decision-making problem that contains a number of criteria. In this study, the criteria to be taken into account when choosing the CCP system were evaluated by the Best-Worst method, which is a subjective criterion emphasis method. The criteria were assessed by an expert team of academics and engineers. The result of the application is that the criterion is functionality, and the criterion is the image of the brand.
