In modern societies, nonprofit, working according to the collective benefit basis, to inform and guide the public acting on a voluntary basis, members need and the demands of society political authority, both in the public conductive bodies are defined as civil society organizations. The scope of this research, economic development and the development perspective, working to maximize the economic interests of society and its members, nonprofit economic fall on nongovernmental organizations. Businessmen Association, the Businesswomen's Association of young businessmen's associations, organized industrial zones, business associations, chambers of commerce, chambers of tradesmen and artisans room, free trade associations, non-governmental organizations such as exporters associations, economic for non-governmental organizations falling within this definition we draw the frame. Turkey, especially in the last decade in many cities, businessmen associations falling within this definition, businesswomen associations, the city has already had formed many organizations such as exporters associations. But this type of non-governmental organizations, their activities; employment, labor quality is not being introduced with measurable value to what extent they contribute to economic indicators such as production and foreign trade. The aim of this study was to shed light on the work to be done on a sample of cities in this regard it is to put forward a theoretical framework. Thus, it is aimed to reveal the significance of national and economic potential role of civil society organizations aimed at local development.
