Wage management is a form of management classification within human resources management. It consists of processes that include planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling the wage system. At the same time, wage management is included in the public personnel management, it is important for both the institution and the individuals, it maintains its functionality and is directly related as a type of management. Based on these approaches, the research was prepared in accordance with the compilation model. Within a certain systematic, first of all, the importance of wages in human resources management and the factors affecting wages are specified, then information on wage management processes is given, and finally, information on remuneration in the public sector and the salary of civil servants and teachers from the Ministry of National Education are examined. It has been concluded that a good pension system should have a harmonious distribution, be simple, plain, clear, comparable, holistic, in an amount that does not separate public officials from the public and should be motivating. In addition, the research was supported by statistical data and some suggestions were made for improving teachers' salaries and wages.
