İslamî ilim geleneğinde usûl ilmiyle alakalı yazılmış olan eserlerin çokluğu, bu ilmin ne derece önemli olduğunu göstermesi bakımından önemlidir. Yol/yöntem bildirmesi adına usûl ilimleri tefsir ilmi açısından da önem arzetmektedir. Tefsir usûlünün multidisipliner bir alan olması onun anlaşılmasını bir nebze zorlaştırmaktadır. Bu nedenle bu alanda yazılmış olan eserlere olan ihtiyaç biraz daha artmaktadır. Bu alanda önemli bir çalışma olduğunu düşündüğümüz Recep Turan'ın “Tefsir Usûlünde Ehl-i Sünnet ve Şia Mukayesesi” isimli eseri, tefsir usulünde iki önemli mezhebi ele alıp açıklamak adına önemli bir boşluğu doldurmuştur. Tefsir usulünü Ehl-i Sünnet ve Şia ile mukayese ederek açıklayan söz konusu eser, bu mezhepleri kendi içlerindeki farklılıklarıyla ele almış, alanında kapsamlı bir eser olma hüviyetini kazanmıştır.
The multiplicity of works written about the science of methodology in the Islamic scientific tradition is important in terms of showing how important this science is. Procedural sciences are also important for the science of tafsir to inform the way/method. The fact that the method of tafsir is a multidisciplinary field makes it somewhat difficult to understand. Therefore, the need for works written in this field is increasing a little more. Recep Turan's work titled “Comparison of Ahl as-Sunnah and Shia in Tafsir Method”, which we think is an important study in this field filled an important gap to deal with and explain two important sects in the tafsir method. The work in question, which explains the method of tafsir by comparing it with Ahl as-Sunnah and Shia, has dealt with these sects with their differences and has gained the identity of being a comprehensive work in its field.
