Özet İslâm düşüncesinintemel meselelerinden biri olan hayır-şer problemi, Hz. Peygamber’in hadislerinde de kendine yer bulmuştur. Daha sonraki dönemlerde konu ile ilgili olarak ortaya konan fikirlerin âyet ve hadislerde nasıl ele alındığı, fikirlerin oluşumuna nasıl etki yaptığı, araştırmaya değer bir konudur. Biz bu makalede hadislerde geçen hayır-şer kavramları ışığında, tarihi süreç içerisinde kelam ve felsefe ekollerine ait düşünürlerin bu konudaki düşüncelerini ve konu ile ilgili tartışmaları inceledik.
