The Yamula is on the forefront with its own linear structure, its properties such as hard fruit meat, and is consumed in different ways, especially by people in the area where it is grown, such as drying, fresh consumption and salamura. Uniform fruits, diseases and harmful and also efficient genotypes for marketable products are the most important element. But in the Yamula plant, genetic differences were inevitable because the producers produced their own standard seeds. For this purpose, the genotype of 10 Yamula frogs with different types of fruit selected from the Kayseri area and 1 Manisa frogs and 1 Anamur type hybrid frogs are identified by the ISSR markers. The study conducted with 15 ISSR primers in 12 genotypes has achieved polymophism in 8 primers. A average of 8.47 bands per primate are obtained, while the total number of bands is 127 and the polymorphism rate is 21.3%. According to the UPGMA dendrogram obtained from the scored bands, the genetic similarity between all genotypes was detected at 94% . The findings obtained without the study showed that there was a genetic difference between the 10 genotypes of Yamula frogs selected according to different types of fruits.
