Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to identify solutions by assessing the problems in schools during the covid-19 process by the managers. The data of this study was collected by the researcher by scanning the literature through the interview form. The interview form contains 5 questions to obtain the demographic data of the participants, while 2 questions to obtain the data on the problems and solutions that are faced. Under the theme of the problems that high school managers have detected in the covid-19 process, electrical interruptions, technical problems (PC, tablet, etc., absence), insufficient follow-up, low motivation, and health problems have been identified sub-themes. Under the topic of interference with the problems identified in the Covid-19 process, the EBA support point has been established to keep students ready to use, to inform the tutors about the situation of students by telephone and message, to share information between teachers in online courses, to inform frequently about the ways of protecting against the Covid-19 epidemic and to support on social media with personal development video. According to the developments observed within the process, the pandemic process is continuing and the education-education arrangements should be integrated in accordance with this reality.
