Nowadays, having a specific image for the lodging establishments, which have close characteristic with each other from different aspects, are very important for reminding on their audiences. Because of the demand is highly elastic and the competition is so intensive for these kind of establishments, they realized that it is not enough only devoloping products and services, but also creating a good image is necessary to gain an consistent place in the eyes of their target groups. Firstly, a basic structure must be built in the organization related to this objective and in this framework , an external and internal image must be created.
