Araştırmanın amacı, yöre halkının Kahramanmaraş’ta düzenlenen Uluslararası Kahramanmaraş Dondurma ve Kültür Sanat Festivaline yönelik algılarını belirlemektir. Anket formu demografik değişkenler ve yerel halkın festival algısı ölçeğinden oluşmaktadır. Anket kolayda örneklem şeklinde araştırma evreninde bulunan Kahramanmaraş halkına uygulanmıştır. Araştırma da 414 adet anket sonucu değerlendirmeye alınarak veriler elde edilmiştir. Veriler SPSS programı ile incelenerek bulgular elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada dört adet faktör oluşmuştur. Kentsel gurur faktörü en çok açıklanan faktör olmuştur. Kahramanmaraş halkı için kentsel gururun ön planda olduğu görülmüştür. Kadın bireylerin erkek bireylere göre festival konusunda daha sahiplenen bir yapıda olduğu görülmüştür. Araştırma sonucuna göre kültürel etki ve kentsel gurur arasında pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki görülmüştür. Daha öncelerde yapılan çalışmalar da bunu desteklenmektedir. Eğitim seviyesi yükseldikçe kültürel olarak olumlu bir etki olduğu görülmektedir. Gelir düzeyi yükseldikçe festivallere olumsuz bakış açısı azaltılmaktadır.
The purpose of the study is to identify local people's perceptions of the International Heroes of Ice Cream and Culture Art Festival held in Kahramanmaraş. The survey form consists of the demographic variables and the scale of the festival perception of the local people. The survey was easily applied to the Heroes of the Universe in the form of sample research. The study also received 414 results of the survey. The results were obtained by examining the data with the SPSS program. There are four factors in the study. The city’s pride factor was the most explained factor. The city’s pride for the heroes is in the forefront. It has been seen that women are in a structure more possessive than men on the festival. The study found a positive and meaningful relationship between cultural influence and urban pride. The previous work is supported by this. As the level of education rises, it has a positive cultural impact. As the income level rises, the negative view of the festivals is reduced.
