The aim of tis resarch is to examine the effect of authentic leadership’s sub-dimensions such as the self-awareness, balanced use of knowledge, transparency in relationships, internalized morality on the employees’ organizational citizenship behaviours and on their perception of organizational support.In this context, after making a brief literature research about organizational citizenship behaviour and perceived organizational support, the study includes the findings, methods and results of the empirical study. The sampling is taken from the 73 employees of Mersin Government Hospital. Frequency, correlation and regression analysis are used to analyze the findings which are collected by using ‘’Authentical Leadership Scale’’,’’Organizational Citizenship Scale’’ and ‘’Perceived Organizational Support Scale‘’. It has been found out that only the transparency has an effect on citizenship behaviours, and other subdimensions has no effect on organizational citizenship. The sub-dimensions of authentical leadership have no effect on perception of organizational support. Another result is that the organizational citizenship behaviour is effected by the organizational support perception
