Göç hareketi karşılanamayan ya da karşılanmadığı düşünülen bir ihtiyaca hedef mekânda ulaşılacağı inancıyla gerçekleşmektedir. Türkiye’de Cumhuriyet Dönemi boyunca farklı bir ihtiyaca da dayansa değişik hızlarda da olsa göç hareketi güncelliğini daima korumuştur. Bu çalışmada en fazla göç veren bölgelerden biri olan Doğu Anadolu’nun en fazla göç veren illerinden biri olan Ağrı’da Cumhuriyet Döneminde yaşanan nüfus hareketleri irdelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı hem Ağrı ilinin ilçeleri ve köyleri arasında gerçekleşen göçün hem de Ağrı ili ile Türkiye’nin diğer illeri arasında gerçekleşen göçlerin sebeplerini ortaya çıkarmak, en yoğun göç istikametlerini belirlemek ve göçün sonuçlarına ulaşmaktır. Çalışma hazırlanırken DİE’nin 1927’den itibaren hazırladığı sayım sonuçları dokümanları ve göçü esas alan yayınları, TÜİK’in nüfus ve göç verileri, Cumhurbaşkanlığı Cumhuriyet Arşivi verileri, göç olgusu üzerine yazılmış yerli ve yabancı yayınlar incelenerek analiz edilmiş, önemli verilere ulaşılmıştır. Verilerden uygun olanlar tablo, grafik ve harita haline getirilmiştir. Elde edilen tüm bilgi, belge ve dokümanların ışığında analizler yapılarak sonuca ulaşılmıştır.
The immigration movement occurs with the belief that a need which is considered to be not met or not met will be reached in the target place. In Turkey during the Republic Period, the immigration movement has always retained its up-to-date, although in different speeds, with a different need. The data that corresponds are made tables, graphics and maps. All the information, documents and documents obtained have been analyzed and achieved.
