Hayatın içindeki klasik haliyle dahi duygusal ve estetik gerilimi ihtiva eden veda, şairlerin muhayyilesinde yeni boyutlar kazanarak estetik bir hüviyete bürünür. Klasik Türk şiirinde veda, gazeller itibarıyla mercek altına alındığında, üç çeşidinden söz edilebilir: Kederi doğuran veda, mutluluğu getiren veda ve gayr-ı ihtiyari veda. Kederi doğuran vedada, veda edenle veda edilen arasındaki sevgi bağı, hasreti ve kederi doğurur. Bu tarz vedada ayrılık bir kopuştur. Sevgi bağıyla birbirine bağlı özne ve nesne istemsizce birbirinden ayrılır. Hasret, aradaki bağın duygu boyutunda devamıdır. Mutluluğu doğuran vedada ise veda eden ile veda edilen arasındaki olumsuz bağ, veda nesnesinden duyulan rahatsızlık, memnuniyetsizlik ya da birlikteliğin zorunlu bir beraberlik olması itibarıyladir. Bu tür vedada ise ayrılık bir kurtuluştur. Getirdiği mutluluk buna bağlıdır. Gayr-ı ihtiyari yapılan vedada ise ayrılık, bir yitiriş, bir vazgeçiştir. İstemsizce, bazen gereklilikten bazen de zorunluluktan yapılır. Veda çeşitlerinin yanında klasik Türk şiiri şairleri, özellikle veda öznesi ve veda nesnesinin farklı kullanımlarıyla birçok kompozisyon oluşturarak kavramı zenginleştirmişlerdir. Veda biçimlerine de şiirlerinde yer veren şairler vedayı, yalnızca sevgili ile âşık arasında gerçekleşen klasik bir eylemin ötesine taşımışlardır. Bu çalışmada klasik Türk şiiri gazellerinde veda kavramı, veda türleri, veda eden/edilenler ve veda biçimleri itibarıyla ele alınmak suretiyle incelenmiştir.
Even in its classical form in life, farewell, which contains emotional and aesthetic intensity, gains new dimensions in the imagination of poets and takes on an aesthetic identity. When the farewell in classical Turkish poetry is examined in terms of ghazals, three types can be mentioned: The farewell that brings sorrow, the farewell that brings happiness, and the involuntary farewell. In farewell, which creates sorrow, the bond of love between the subject of farewell and the object of farewell reveals longing and sorrow. In this kind of farewell, separation is a break. Subject and object, bound together by the bond of love, are involuntarily separated. Longing is the continuation of the bond in the emotional dimension. In the farewell that brings happiness, the negative connection between the farewell subject and the farewell object is due to the discomfort, dissatisfaction felt from the farewell object, or the fact that the union is a compulsory union. In this type of farewell, separation is salvation. The happiness it brings depends on it. In an involuntary farewell, separation is a loss, a renunciation. It is done involuntarily, sometimes out of obligation and sometimes out of necessity. In addition to the farewell varieties, the poets of classical Turkish poetry have enriched the concept by creating many compositions, especially with the different uses of the farewell subject and the farewell object. The poets, who also included the forms of farewell in their poems, carried the farewell beyond a classical action that takes place only between the lover and the beloved. In this study, the concept of farewell in classical Turkish poetry ghazals has been examined in terms of farewell types, farewells and farewell forms.
