Amaç: Öğretmenlerin öğretim programlarını aslına sadık kalarak uygulamaları programa bağlılık olarak adlandırılır. Programa bağlılık öğrencilerin başarılarında ve programların değerlendirilmesinde önemli rol oynamaktadır. Alanyazında öğretmenlerin programa bağlılıklarını etkileyen çeşitli etkenlerin olduğu belirtilmektedir. Yöntem: Bu çalışmanın amacı ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenlerinin uyguladıkları öğretim programlarına bağlılıklarının düzeyini belirlemek ve programa bağlılıklarını cinsiyet, mesleki kıdem, mezun oldukları fakülte, mezuniyet türü, görev yaptıkları okul, görev yeri ve haftalık ders saati değişkenlerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmada nicel araştırma türlerinden tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın evrenini Hatay ili merkezinde görev yapan ilkokul ve ortaokul öğretmenleri, örneklemini ise seçkisiz örnekleme yoluyla belirlenen ve çalışmaya gönüllü olarak katılan 239 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma verileri Öğretim Programına Bağlılık Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel istatistikler değişkenlerin karşılaştırılmasına bağımsız t testi, Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis ve Post-Hoc. testleri kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin öğretim programına bağlılıklarının yüksek düzeyde olduğu belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin programa bağlılıklarında mesleki kıdemleri 16-20 yıl olan öğretmenler ve ilkokul öğretmenleri lehine anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Cinsiyet, mezun olunan fakülte, mezuniyet türü, görev yeri ve haftalık ders saati değişkenlerine göre ise anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmamıştır. Sonuçlar ve Öneriler: Uzun uğraşlar sonucunda hazırlanan öğretim programlarının tasarlandığı şekliyle uygulanması öğretmenlerin programa bağlılıklarına bağlıdır. Öğretmenlerin programa bağlılıkları düzenlenecek olan hizmet içi eğitimler yoluyla sağlanabilir. Eğitim fakültelerinde ve lisansüstü eğitimde öğretmenlerin alanlarına yönelik programların uygulanması ve bağlılıkları üzerinde araştırmalar yapmaları önerilebilir. Lise öğretmenlerinin öğretim programlarına bağlılıkları üzerinde çalışmalar yapılabilir.
Purpose: Teachers' teaching programs are actually kept loyal to their practices called program commitment. The commitment to the program plays an important role in the success of students and in the evaluation of the programs. There are a number of factors that influence the teachers’ commitment to the program. Method: The purpose of this study is to determine the level of commitment to the teaching programs that primary and secondary school teachers apply and to study their commitment to the program according to the variables of gender, professional background, faculty they graduate, type of graduation, school they perform, place of duty and weekly class hours. In the research, scanning models from quantum research types were used. The universe of the study is composed of primary and secondary school teachers who work in the center of Hatay, and 239 teachers who are determined and voluntarily participating in the study through unselected sampling. The research data is collected with the commitment scale to the teaching program. Imaginary statistics in the analysis of data; independent t test for the comparison of variables, Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis and Post-Hoc. Tests have been used. Results: According to the research, the teachers’ commitment to the curriculum is determined at a high level. There are significant differences in the program commitments of teachers for teachers and primary school teachers who are 16-20 years old. There was no significant difference between gender, graduated faculty, type of graduation, place of duty and variation of weekly class hours. Results and suggestions: The implementation of the teaching programs prepared as a result of long efforts depends on the program commitments of the teachers. Teachers’ program commitments can be provided through service training that will be organized. In educational faculty and postgraduate education, teachers may be advised to conduct research on the implementation and commitment of programs to their fields. Study on the commitments of high school teachers to the teaching programs can be done.
