Özet:

Epistocracy bases on high level knowladge and responsible behavior of voter in political system. Democracy is accepted as most popular and most contemporary regime in our world. Public, is main actor in management of democratic process. Defining of main public politics occur via voted members of parliament. In this point, right choice of people is important for success of main politics. For this reason, Epistocracy aims to rise level of voters consciousness. Rising of voters consciousness provides to reach more appropriate political decisions. Voters should bear responsibility of their votes. On the other hand, analyses of voters’ behaviors is important factor for conducting a research about Epistocracy. Epistocracy emphasizes on irrational behaviors of voters and endeavors to correct these behaviors for successful result. In this poitn, Epistocracy can contributed parliaments via creating extra force under the consideration of wise voter. Epistocracy supprt to give edication to voters for demonstrating importance of elections. Epistocracy can seek some qualificaitons for voters and some criterias for political system. There are many critiques for epistocratic criterias, but democracy contains some natural epistocratic criterias just like “age of being voters.” Finally, there are analyzes about some effects of epistocratic limits on democracy in this article.
