Abstract:

This study aims to illustrate the process of teaching professional skills on the basis of labour market analysis and business analysis to students with mental disability. This research is designed as an action research. The research consists of data collection techniques, observation, conversation, daily, field notes, visual and hearing documents, meeting patterns and process products. The study studied students with three slight levels of mental disability, two girls and one male, between 16-17 years of age. Students with mental disability at the end of a total of 4 months, including two months of workshop training and two months of work-to-work (factory) training, have reached a fully independent employment level in the real business environment.
