Oral kanserler tüm vücutta görülen kanserler sıralamasında 6. sırada yer almaktadır. Özellikle son zamanlarda artan alkol ve tütün alışkanlığına bağlı olarak bu kanserlerin görülme sıklığı da artmıştır. Oral bölgede en sık rastlanan malign tümörler skuamöz hücreli karsinomlardır. Bunları sırayla tükürük bezi karsinomları izler. Kalan kısmını ise yumuşak doku sarkomları, malign melanoma, non Hodgin lenfoma ve diğer malign tümörler oluşturur. Diş hekimi, radyoloji uzmanı, patolog, çene cerrahı, onkolog ve diğer tıbbi branşların katkısıyla bu tür hastaların teşhis, tedavi ve rehabilitasyonu mümkündür. Bu olgu sunumunda 2016-2019 yılları arasında kliniğimize başvurup oral kanser teşhisi konulan 12 hastada uygulanan cerrahi prosedürler ve rekonstrüksiyon yöntemleri bildirilecektir. Oral kanserlerin teşhis ve tedavisinde multidisipliner yaklaşımın önemli bir yeri vardır. Teşhis konulduktan sonra cerrahi operasyon kararı alındığı takdirde ivedilikle operasyon gerçekleştirilmeli, hastanın sistemik durumuna uygun rekonstrüksiyon yöntemi seçilmelidir. Gerekli durumlarda radyoterapi- kemoterapi uygulamaları ile hasta idamesi sağlanmalıdır.
Oral cancers are ranked 6th in the ranking of cancers seen throughout the body. Especially recently, due to increased alcohol and tobacco habits, the incidence of these cancers has also increased. The malignant tumors found in the oral area are squamocellular carcinoms. These are followed by sperm carcinomas. The rest is made up of soft tissue sarcoma, malign melanoma, non-Hodgin lymphoma and other malignant tumors. With the contribution of a dentist, a radiologist, a pathologist, a kidney surgeon, an oncologist and other medical branches, the diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of such patients is possible. The presentation of this fact will report the surgical procedures and reconstruction methods applied to our clinic between 2016-2019 and 12 patients diagnosed with oral cancer. Multidisciplinary approach plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of oral cancer. If the surgery is decided after diagnosis, the operation should be carried out in advance, the reconstruction method should be selected in accordance with the systemic condition of the patient. Radiotherapy and chemotherapy should be applied to the patient.

The remaining part consists of salivary gland carcinomas, soft tissue sarcomas, malignant melanoma, non Hodgin lymphoma and the other malignant tumors. Diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of such patients are possible with the contribution of dentist, radiologist, pathologist, jaw surgeon, oncologist and other medical branches. In this case report, 12 patients who have diagnosed with oral canser and treated between 2016-2019 in our clinic. The surgical approaches and reconstruction methods will be reported. Multidisciplinary approach has an important role in diagnosis and treatment of oral cancers. After diagnosis surgical operation and reconstructive surgery should be performed immediately. If necessary, patient maintenance should be provided with radiotherapy-chemotherapy applications.
