Abstract:

Bu araştırma, Bilişsel–Davranışçı yaklaşımın ilkelerine dayanan Öfke Kontrol Programının 15-18 yaş arası ergenler üzerindeki etkililiğini araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu amaçla Nuri Erbak Süper Lisesi ikinci sınıf öğrencilerinden oluşan 148 öğrenciye Spielberger tarafından geliştirilen ve Özer tarafından Türkçeye uyarlanan “Durumluk Sürekli Öfke Ölçeği” uygulanmıştır. Durumluk Sürekli Öfke Ölçeği, “sürekli öfke”, “öfke içte”, “öfke dışta” ve “öfke kontrol” alt ölçeklerinden oluşmaktadır. Durumluk Sürekli Öfke Ölçeği uygulaması sonucunda öfke düzeyi en yüksek 20 öğrenci random yolla deney ve kontrol grubuna seçilmişlerdir. For this purpose “The State Trait Anger Scale” was applied over 148 tenth grade pupils who study in Nuri Erbak Super High Scool. The scale was developed by Spielberger and adapted to Turkish by Özer. The State Trait Anger Scale consists of “trait of anger”, “anger-in”, “anger-out” and “controling of anger” subscales. As a result of the application of The State Trait Anger Scale 20 students who obtained the highest scores in the anger scale were chosen. Anger Control Programme was applied to the experimental group of students for 10 weeks.
