Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the match Turkey Football Super League in terms of some of the physical performance variables. The data of the research were recorded in the SPSS statistical program and descriptive analysis method was used to evaluate the data. The data were obtained by getting the necessary permissions from the sentio company that provides match analysis service. In the Super League, a total of 306 competitions were played in the 2016/2017 season and a total of 612 data analyzes were performed. According to the results obtained; In terms of total distance in the Super League, the league average is 110.1 km and the running distance over 20 km / h is 7306.8 meters. The average ball recovery time of the teams was 9.9 seconds, the average length of the teams was 31.9 meters, and the defense depth of the teams was 34.7 meters. As a result, it was observed that the players in the Super League covered a distance of about 10 km in a match and that the time for the super league teams to win the ball was quite short.
