This study aims to determine the opinions of primary school teachers and preschool teachers This study aims to determine the opinions of primary school teachers and preschool teachers about the problems they face in the transition from kindergarten to elementary school and to about the problems they face in the transition from kindergarten to elementary school and to reveal solutions for these problems. In this study, where qualitative research design was reveal solutions for these problems. In this study, where qualitative research design was applied, structured interviews were used as a data collection tool. Interview questions were applied, structured interviews were used as a data collection tool. Interview questions were created by using the relevant literature to support the solution to the research problem Interviews were conducted with a total of 7 teachers, of which 5 were classroom teachers and 2 were preschool teachers. The data obtained were analyzed through descriptive analysis and in this perspective, direct quotations were made to reveal the views and striking expressions of the participants. At the end of the research, it was observed that the teachers faced various problems due to motor development, social and emotional development, language development, self-care skills, and family attitude of the children. As a result of the study, it is recommended to provide coordination in classroom teacher and preschool teacher education programs and to include lessons on the development of children in these programs. Also, in- service training programs aiming to facilitate the adaptation of children to school are recommended.
