In this research the professional stress factors of Turkish manufacturing industry are considered by ergonomical manner, the problems that we faced are observed and the solutions for these problems are proposed. In order to find what kind of impact do the professional stress factors have on employees, and how often do the employees experience such stress symptoms and effects on theirselves, the surveys that prepared according to the organizational stress sources and the organizational stress symptoms and effects are applied to 362 employees of 74 various firms which are working on different sectors. The solutions of surveys that are observed systematically by the help of SPSS programme, are shared at this paper. The descriptive statistical methods (Frequency, Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation) are used while evaluating the data. T-test, anova test, correlation and regression analysis are applied for analyzing the hypothesis testings. Demographic attributes are investigated to see that they make a difference, or not, for the organizational stress subject, according to evaluations, the result that; age, working period, and marital status have no effects or differences on stress sourcess and stress effect and symptoms is achieved. Individual psychological and physical stress symptoms of female employees are higher than male employees, individual psychological stress symptoms of employees whose educational status is primary education are lower than the employees with higher educational status. Individual psychological stress symptoms of employees who has a managerial status at the business are higher than the blue-collar workers. In this study, we see that organizational stress levels of employees are at the average and have similarities dimensionally. In addition, employees stress is appeared relatively and mostly because of the developments at their job and their anxiety about the future.
