Kurşuna Maruz Bırakılan Yumurtacı Bıldırcınlarda (Coturnix coturnix japonica) Diyet Beta-1,3/1,6-Glukanın Performans ve Yumurta Kalite Özellikleri Üzerine Etkisi

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, kurşun (Pb) toksisitesine maruz kalan yumurtacı bıldırcınların bazal diyetine beta-glukan ilavesinin etkilerini araştırmaktı. Toplam 112 Japon bıldırcını (5 haftalık) rastgele olarak, başlangıçta benzer ortalama vücut ağırlığına sahip, her biri 7 bıldırcından oluşan 4 tekerrürlü, her grupta toplam 28 bıldırcın bulunan 4 gruba ayrıldı. İlk gruba mısır-soya fasulyesi temelli ve takviye içermeyen bazal rasyon verildi (Kontrol). İkinci grubun rasyonuna 100 mg/kg kurşun (Pb (II) asetat trihidrat olarak) eklendi (Pb). Üçüncü grup (Beta-glukan) rasyonuna 100 mg/kg beta-glukan eklenmiştir. Son gruba bazal rasyon artı 100 mg/kg kurşun ve 100 mg/kg beta-glukan (Pb+Beta-glukan) verildi. Deneme sonunda grupların canlı ağırlıklarının benzer olduğu görüldü. Beta-glukanın yumurta ağırlığı üzerindeki etkisi 43-56. günler hariç önemli bulunmazken (P<0.05), yumurta üretimi (29-56. günler hariç) çok önemli bulunmuştur (P<0.001). Beta-glukan ilaveli grupların yem tüketimi (P<0.01) ve yemden yararlanma oranı (P<0.001) 1-56. günlerde kontrol grubuna benzerdi. Yumurta kalite parametreleri açısından; yumurta sarısı indeksi (P<0.01) haugh birimi ve ak indeksi (P<0.001) kurşundan olumsuz etkilenmiş, beta-glukan ilavesi sarı indeksini önemli derecede iyileştirmiştir. Sonuç olarak, rasyona beta-glukan takviyesi, kurşun toksisitesine maruz kalan yumurtacı bıldırcınların yumurta kalite parametreleri ve yumurta performansını iyileştirmiştir.

The Effect of Nutrition Beta-1,3/1,6-Glucano on Performance and Egg Quality Features

Abstract:

The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of beta-glukan supplement on the basal diet of ovarian blisters exposed to bull (Pb) toxicity. A total of 112 Japanese bulbs (5 weeks) were randomly divided into 4 groups with a total of 28 bulbs, each of which was composed of 7 bulbs, with an average body weight similar in the beginning. The first group was given basal ration based on eggs-soya beans and without supplements (Control). The second group’s ratio was added 100 mg/kg of bullet (Pb (II) as acetate trihydrate) (Pb). The third group (Beta-glukan) has 100 mg/kg of beta-glukan. The last group was given basal ratio plus 100 mg/kg of bullet and 100 mg/kg of beta-glukan (Pb+Beta-glukan). At the end of the test, the live weights of the groups were similar. The effect of beta-glukan on the egg weight was not significant except for the 43-56 days (P<0.05), while the egg production (29-56 days) was very significant (P<0.001). The food consumption (P<0.01) and the benefit rate (P<0.001) of the beta-glukan supplementary groups were similar to the control group in the 1-56 days. In terms of egg quality parameters, the egg yellow index (P<0.01) has been negatively affected by the haugh unit and the ac index (P<0.001), the beta-glukan supplement has significantly improved the yellow index. As a result, the beta-glukan supplement to the ration has improved the egg quality parameters and egg performance of the bull toxicity exposed to the bull.
